Senior Provider Community Connections (SPCC) was established in 2024 to rebrand and redevelop the former group known as the Senior Provider Network. (SPN). This group is made up of a board of health care professionals that meet quarterly, to discuss the current needs of the senior healthcare community, close service gaps, organize continuing education opportunities, networking events, speaker events, fundraisers, and offer joint marketing opportunities to be able to help provide resources to the health care community.
Serving Mankato area, surrounding communities of Southern MN.

Our team of Board Members includes a variety of healthcare professionals that are experienced in Hospice, Home Care, Home Health, Moving, & Assisted Living Facilities. Each member brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our board and our committed to providing compassionate care & leadership.
Current board members include representatives from Synergy HomeCare, Adara Home Health, Moments Hospice, St. Croix Hospice, Mankato Lodge Senior Living, Birchwood Cottages, & Caring Transitions.
